List Building - 3 Surefire Tactics For Building Huge Lists of Hungry Buyers

As you already know mailing list is the most powerful weapon in your marketing arsenal. It's basically your very own money printing machine. There is many strategies out there teaching you how to build huge mailing lists, but how many of them are really effective.

in the next few paragraph I'm going to reveal surefire strategies for building a super massive mailing list with very little effort. So, here is what you need to build monster lists:

1. Auto-Responder Software

Put is simply, without auto-responder software you can hardly build any list. So auto-responders are absolutely "must have" tool. As you know there are many softwares available out there, but frankly 98% of them are not that good. The best (and cheapest) software available on the market today is Aweber. It's very easy to use and it won't cost you an arm and leg.

 2. Opt-In Form

Opt-in forms are also called squeeze pages. Why? Because they are designed to squeeze names and e-mail addresses of visitors. Here is an interesting fact. According to the recent research only 5% visitors will buy first time. The rest - 95% will leave and you may never see them again. This is exactly reason why you simply can't afford to be without opt-in form.

Always place your opt-in page in the left upper corner of your website. Why? Because it needs to be visible. Another interesting fact is that you have only 8 seconds (and this includes click and load time) to get visitors attention. And this leads us to the next important tool...

3. Offer That Cannot Be Refused

Just because you have an opt-in page on your site doesn't mean that you'll get any subscriber. You must present them with offer that simply cannot be refused. People these days (especially people online) are not exactly excited with giving away their contact details. This is mainly due to the SPAM problems.

That's why you need to offer them something that is of very high perceived value to them (free report, free e-book, free videos...). Also, use compelling headline. What type of headline you should use depends on your market. They must want to give you your details. Make sure too assure them that their details are safe in your hands.

Word of warning! It's a good idea to get yourself familiar with the Data Protection Act creating  your mailing list. It doesn't mean to study it... I only advice you to do this so you won't get into any trouble.
